RWBY Volume 10 will have a major character overcrowding problem.
RWBY Volume 10 has been officially greenlight, we all know that now, and RWBY is finally recovering from this hiatus, which is equivalent to a drought for FNDM. But there's one thing I want to warn you about, and I don't think this is a good thing for the show.
First of all, this problem is known as character overcrowding, which essentially refers to having too many characters in a story, game, or series. I'm not saying it's entirely bad, but I'm sure this will be a major disadvantage of RWBY Volume 10.
Volume 10 will also be the first volume of the Vacuo Arc, a process first established with CVFY-led After the Fall and Before the Dawn, and later with Volume 9 Animatic Epilogue and Beyond. While a large volume awaits us, the sheer number of characters will inevitably lead to some issues (e.g., unfair screen time).
While the return of many of the old characters and the addition of new characters is good news, you also need to consider that not all of them will have enough screen time.
That's all from me.
