SiteReport: site reports on Android

I’m the developer of SiteReport, an Android app for field inspections, site reports, property handovers, punch lists and photo evidence reports.

The goal is simple: when you are on site, you can create a project, follow a checklist, take photos, add notes, record location/time details, collect signatures, and export a PDF report that can be sent to a client, property owner, contractor, or internal team.

It is built for workflows like:

- construction / renovation inspections
- property handover reports
- rental move-in / move-out checks
- maintenance and repair reports
- safety patrols
- equipment handover records
- photo evidence packs
- punch lists / rectification reports

I’m looking for real feedback from Android users who create field reports or inspection documents in their work.

Giveaway:

- I have 10 one-month Pro codes.
- No upvotes, reviews, or ratings are required.
- If you want to try it, comment with your use case or current reporting workflow.
- I’ll DM codes to people whose workflow is closest to what I’m improving.
- If I adopt one of your suggestions into the product or roadmap, I’ll give you lifetime access as a thank-you.

What I’d especially like feedback on:

- Does the app fit your real reporting workflow?
- What report type or PDF section is missing?
- Are checklists, photos, notes and signatures enough for your use case?
- What would make the PDF feel professional enough to send to a client?
- What would stop you from using this on a real job?
- Is the free / Pro split understandable?

I’m happy to answer questions here. I’m also very open to blunt feedback, especially from people who do inspections, maintenance, construction, property management or handover reports in the real world.
