Buy a used leica q3 43 for 5000 euro?

I can buy a used leica q3 43 from a owner who has the camera for a year.

He bought it seccondhands also, the camera is from 2024, and hé had isues with freezing the camera while hé was doing the firmware upgrade.

So hé had send the camera back to leica for to fix that in warrenty time, hé had a paper to prove that.

But still im unsecure to buy it..
