Marriage or fraud?

When I first met my husband he had told me he was with a lot of woman before me and at the time honestly it didn't bother me because I was really interested in him since both of us wanted a serious relationship that would lead into marriage. I never asked how many and I honestly regret that at the time I never did. We talked and eventually followed each other on Instagram. As time went on we eventually decided we were serious and started a relationship. By then he told me that he was going to unfollow everyone on Instagram and only follow me, that such things as social media doesn't interest him anymore and honestly at the time I was very shocked and surprised since he had quite a following and eventually he did it. Fast forward to now 3 years later he says he wants to follow his "friends" again because he is bored now and wants to keep up with what they post. He desn't follow me now or has pictures of us. When he only followed me he had like 3 pictures of us but when he decided to follow his friends he archived them and has no pictures. He actually posted a pictures of himself but then said he didn't like it and deleted it I think.
