Another God rejected

What is the morality of being pressured to to become God that will grant every possible person ever, eternal salvation and happiness, but doing so would either require you to constantly use your full power and attention to save each individual person, or turn you into something like a concept/grant you an existence worst than death like eternal nothingness and removal of personality and identity.
