Hey r/SideProject

I recently launched Quickfront on Product Hunt and wanted to share it here too, especially because this community understands what it takes to build something from scratch.

Quickfront is a business automation platform for Nigerian merchants and small businesses in Nigeria. The idea is simple: a business owner should be able to create a storefront, accept payments, manage orders, track inventory, send invoices/receipts, and eventually handle most of their daily operations from one place.

The reason I started building it is because a lot of small businesses here in Nigeria still run through scattered tools: WhatsApp for orders, spreadsheets for inventory, manual transfers for payments, separate invoice tools, and a lot of back-and-forth with customers.

I didn’t want to build just another generic store builder or Shopify clone with local payments added later. The goal is to make something that understands the Nigerian market from day one: local payments, mobile-first storefronts, patchy internet, inventory realities, and merchants who may not even think of themselves as “online businesses” yet.

We also use AI in practical places, like helping merchants generate product descriptions, storefront copy, and eventually answering repeated customer questions.

It’s still early, but I’d genuinely appreciate feedback, especially on the positioning, landing page, and whether the problem feels clear from the outside.
