DLC Stopped Showing Up

Randomly, and literally in between play sessions. I started a new game, and none of the gearbox guns were in my inventory, nor were any of the dlc locations available for fast travel. I could still select Krieg and Gaige though. I restarted my computer, fully uninstalled and reinstalled the game, verified file integrity, I'm still connected to the internet... I'm at a loss.
