Some advice to share with fellow noob!

I recently found out that letting bandit hideouts stick around is sometimes a bit helpful, becuase I always find decent sized bandit parties with high ranking troop prisoners that will join upon being set free, I got so many vlandian champions from this that quickly became banner knights!
