I met someone who I connected with and have been feeling quite "raw" ever since

So I just need help processing what has happened and sharing bc I've been a little stumped. I met a woman while at my mate's place for a drinks, and it was an intense experience. The moment our eyes met it was like "wow", when we spoke to eachother it was like nothing else existed outside of us in that moment, almost like we already knew eachother deeply, but had forgotten, bc there was a familiarity as we spoke, and learning things about her just felt familiar? Idk how else to say it. 

After that first time we met, I've been feeling very emotionally raw for lack of a better word, and have no idea what happened, so would appreciate outside perspective.
