Why are you like this?

I like playing DUOs with randoms. But ever since I made it past rank 5500 it seems peoples "tactic" is waiting for me to go through my gold and then start spending their own. Not giving me cards I could use for my play and dumping a load of shit into mine when it's conveniant.
