Emulating Bloodborne + some other questions

Hi SM fans.

I'm on the reservation list for 512GB w/controller in the UK. No email yet. There are some games I've been putting off replaying in case they get a remaster but I'm thinking the SM might be the way to re-enjoy them. Forgive me for not asking AI but it's the reason I'm going to pay £300 more than the SM should cost so I'm not talking to it rn.

1. Will I need to upgrade to dual stick RAM to emulate Bloodborne? How difficult will it be to get it running at 60fps?

2. Will I be able to play Final Fantasy IX with mods?

3. Will it be impossible to play Half-Life 2: RTX?

4. How would I go about using it as a streaming device/watching content from USB sticks and SD cards?
