PC for video editing

I am building a PC. I don't have a budget upto ₹215k which comes around $2250. I want to know where can i save money.

RTX 5060 TI 16 GB ZOTAC --67000/- ~$670

I wanna know where I can save from this? I have already done saving on my cabinet as i am not a big fan of rgbs and such. I want a minimal setup.

I'd like to buy 5070 12gb instead of 5060ti 16gb. Tell me if i am wrong because i think even with 4gb less, 5070 would be better for my workflow.

Not a big gamer, occasionally can play GTA V but nothing much. (More of a mmorpg player or story game player and i hate souls like and competitive, so easy games).

I mostly use Davinci resolve and After effects. Premiere is shit either way so no matter what i build, wouldn't matter. I can also use blender in the near future.
