Can't file Appeal to Appellate Authority online

Two penalty orders of ₹25,000 each have been issued by the GST department.

For the last couple of years, I have been filing NIL GST returns because I have been conducting my business using another GST registration.

A few months ago, I failed to file my GST returns on time, and as a result, my GST registration was cancelled.

I have already filed an application for revocation of the cancellation, which is still pending.

To challenge the penalty orders, I have been trying to file an appeal/application on the GST portal. However, the relevant drop-down option is not working. I have tried multiple times over the past week, but the issue persists.

The 90-day time limit for filing the appeal will expire on 12 July.

Can i submit APL 01 form physically by going to the department
