Can I get the NFTA Sea Chart again somewhere after I sold it?

I sold it because I thought it was just a flavor item until I looked around and saw that it was used for the >!boat escape in Skeleton Coast!<. Can I get it again somewhere, or is it lost forever unless I add it in with a save editor/debug mode?
