Hk accent

I dont understand why people keep calling the sound shifts from n to L like nei to lei or like ngau lai to au lai as lazy. Its litteraly js an accent. Like how British people dont pronounce r's in English. Ur not gonna call British English lazy English that js stupid. It js feel so derogatory cause most of hong kong talks with the sound shift. Cantonese is a language and so it can have multiple accents like English. I really think people should stop calling it lazy tone cause its not lazy at all.
