EAE INTERVIEW TIPS

Hey all!! don’t know if this is the right place to ask but i was just shortlisted for an interview for FnB business course. If you have any advice/ tips to help (even if ur not in business) that would be greatly appreciated!!! I just have some questions/ worries:

1. The interview will have 3 interviewees, so is it super duper important to always be the first to answer questions (to get the highest chance to being accepted)? i’m just introverted in nature so idk i might be too nervous to answer first on the day itself HAHA
2. for those who went through eae, how was the vibe of the interview? stressful? chill? are the interviewers nice, or strict? what was the flow of the interview like?
3. my portfoilio right now contains: small intro on myself, foods i’ve cooked, why i wanna join, my teacher’s testimonial, and my achievements . is there anything else i should add/ remove?
4. if my achievements (academic/nonacademic) aren’t related to fnb at all, am i at a disadvantage?
5. lastly, what questions should i ask the interviewers at the end? i read that i should have questions prepared for them but i don’t know what i should ask😢
