Cross-eye dominant and CO

I've got myself an optic sight and trying to practice drawing and alignment, it seems much more difficult to find the picture as opposed to irons.

My left eye is dominant and LASIK'd to focus far. My right eye focuses near. I shoot right-handed. If I look at the dot (target, with the dot in line) with the right eye, it's hella blurry.

To acquire the dot, i need to align the gun with my left eye, which causes a weird-ish stance.

Any hints?
