[Game Jolt/PC][2019] Fantasy RPG where an older sister blames her younger brother for their parents' deaths

I'm looking for an indie fantasy RPG I downloaded from Game Jolt around 2019 (around the time the first Everhood demo was available).

It was a top-down pixel RPG with turn-based combat. I controlled an older sister, and her younger brother was a constant companion who talked a lot. The siblings fought together, and I think they summoned monsters or creatures during battle rather than the monsters being the main playable characters.

The story was a major focus. The parents were already dead, and later in the game it was revealed that the sister blamed the younger brother for their deaths. She treated him pretty badly throughout the game because of this.

I remember fantasy environments, especially grassy areas and possibly snowy areas early on. The tone was emotional and somewhat dark, but not full-on horror.

I downloaded it directly from Game Jolt, and I don't think it was a very popular game. I don't necessarily remember much either because i only played through the beginning parts of the game before anything bigger than their family dilemma was explained
