Anyone else ever get paralyzed by too many choices?

At this point I have hundreds of games. And for a long time I haven’t felt pressure to play the newest thing. But it’s gotten hard to decide what to play when I don’t feel like any game in particular is sticking out.

How do you guys tackle your backlog/libraries?
