My Boss Is A Liar

I work for a fucking liar, the over inflated jobs to try and justify over charging for his basic ass repairs. He hired me to be the service advisor, but instead if talking to the customer I am given fucking scripts and most of it is complete bullshit. He doesn't perform the services he says he does or half way does them when jt comes to flushes. He pad slaps and says no one turns rotors, like bitch I've worked at 4 dealers that all turned rotors, then when custoemrs return with a brake complaint its their problem not his and then has me sell rotors. He is a piece of shit that takes advantage of people that trust him and talk so highly of him.
