Hysterectomy

Hello all my endo sisters!

I'm 35 years old, and have severe endometriosis. Stage 4 last time they checked 10+ years ago, so most likely stage 5 now.

Ive always been very sensitive to BC pills, none have ever really worked for me.

After several rounds of IVF, and having a baby 7 months ago, I can't lose any weight. No clothes fit, and I feel awful about it.

The only thing that have worked against my endometriosis have been the mirena. But they put me on slinda BC pills, and I don't know, I feel like it might be the culprit for not being able to lose the weight.

I'm not going to have any more children, and have been considering a hysterectomy.

How does it work? Do you have to take any pills with estrogen?

Did it help with the endometriosis pain?
