Built and shipped yet no proper traction? Reflections from a business designer, 2x co-founder and SaaS ENT Sales executive

Full stack on Lovable, Supabase, Vercel and Claude Design+Code. It worked. I got 50+ users through offline flyers (parking meters, it was a mobility thing). Then I looked at my data: barely anyone used the core feature. I'd spent 11 weeks on how it worked and almost zero time on who it was for.

Turns out that's the #2 startup killer based on CB Insights found 35% of startups fail because there's no market need; they build something nobody actually wanted. Not a money or talent problem. A "never defined the customer" problem. In my case it was not a problem big enough.

Upon reflection (background in business design and SaaS Sales) I've started building the tool I wish I'd had: you describe what you're building in one sentence, and it gives you honest hypotheses about who your customer really is, maps their journey, and shows where and how to reach them.

It's early and I'm validating it manually first. I made a short 72sec demo showing how it works for both a B2C and a B2B idea. If you've got 2 minutes, I'd genuinely value brutal, honest feedback. Would  this help solve a real problem you've hit, or am I fooling myself? [landingpage]

Not looking for "looks nice", looking for "here's why this wouldn't help me." That's more useful to me right now than praise.
