How can i become a nurse in Australia

How can I become a nurse in Australia? I'm from the Philippines, and I'm about to take the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam. If I pass the board exam, do I still need to gain work experience as a nurse here in the Philippines before I can work in Australia?

If work experience isn't required, what would the process look like if I want to move to Australia and start working as a Registered Nurse as soon as possible?

What documents do I need to prepare? Are there any additional exams or assessments that I need to take?

Could you walk me through the entire process? I really have no idea where to start, especially since I've never traveled abroad before.
