Best seasonal to get for future tower floors?

So with the new selector I would like to know which of these sync pairs are good enough that they can uphold the next tower update. If we are to assume they are to follow the same pattern of difficulty, then 31 to 39 will be on par with floor 30 but with the physical/special/condition. I know it's too early to choose just because of a hinted future update and immature to base it on previous patterns but unfortunately this selector won't be around for that long so I would like to make this decision based off on this possibility.
