70 mg GHKCU

Hiii I bought a 70 mg vial of Ghkcu from growth guys. I can’t find any information on how to reconstitute that size..
can anyone help me out?
It says on their site to reconstitute with 3.5 mL, is that what I should do or
Does anyone have a better idea?
