Misfiring engine

I have a 2012 chevy equinox automatic with a 3.0L V6 engine and about 124,700 miles.

Every 20 to 30 days my engine misfires with a flashing check engine, traction control, and an abs light coming on, this has been happening since February.

I know its cylinders 2 and 4 that are misfiring from an auto shop scan but they didn't/couldn't explain on why it happens, they also didn't tell me what codes it was throwing.

I have tried a few things that could possibly help it like new spark plugs and wires, sea foam, new gas cap, new intake manifold tube, and I cleaned the mass air flow sensor.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
