Same dose but suddenly side effects

I have been on Concerta for about 3 months, first 2 weeks 18mg then 36. I usually skip weekends. I only felt palpitations the first day I increased my dose then it was fine. Today I feel very weird a bit like high and also palpitations. My blood pressure seems normal, heart rate between 90-95. Before concerta my resting heart rate was usually around 58-62.

I only had a handful of nuts in the morning and didnt drink enough water, maybe this is the reason? anyone else had sudden side effects like this?
