Gold remains under bearish pressure after a sharp sell-off driven by changing geopolitical sentiment and broad profit-taking across the precious metals market. The decline has pushed price into a key demand zone, where buyers are attempting to stabilize the market.

Technical Outlook:-

Gold is currently holding above the 4045–4050 demand zone, creating the possibility of a short-term corrective rebound.

Key Resistance: 4085–4100

This zone is a major technical barrier, supported by:

\- Previous support turned resistance

\- Descending trendline resistance

\- Institutional supply zone

\- Recent breakdown area

As long as price remains below 4100, the overall short-term trend continues to favor sellers.

Bearish Scenario

If Gold fails to break and hold above 4085–4100, fresh selling pressure is likely to emerge.

Potential Downside Targets:

\- TP1: 4035

\- TP2: 4010

\- TP3: Below 4000 if bearish momentum strengthens

A rejection from the resistance zone would confirm that the current bounce is only a corrective pullback within the existing downtrend.

Key Levels:-

Resistance: 4085–4100

Support:

\- 4045–4050

\- 4035

\- 4010

Market Bias:-

Short-Term Bias: Bearish

Unless Gold establishes sustained acceptance above 4100, rallies are likely to attract sellers. The preferred strategy remains selling on strength rather than buying breakouts.

Key Takeaway

The 4085–4100 resistance zone is the key level to watch.

\- ✅ A rejection could trigger another move toward 4035, 4010, and potentially below 4000.

\- ✅ A decisive breakout and close above 4100 would weaken the bearish outlook and improve the chances of a broader recovery.

Patience around this resistance area may provide the highest-probability trading opportunity.
