47 Days
Morning everyone, just a check in to post where i’m at and share what really helped me make the move to quit this time.
I’ve experienced some heavy gun recession over the years and was quoted $16k total to do a deep cleaning and pin hole procedure to “fix” the issue.
I ended up going to cancun to do the first stage for only 2 grand. While I was there the dentist said no no more smoking (2 no’s).
I had to go 2 weeks with a different eating routine while my gums healed so in that time I had my own personal smoking detox tied into the eating habits.
Cravings were strong but my desire for a healthy mouth is stronger.
After the 2 weeks, I spent the past two weeks enjoying psilosiban gummies and they were a really fun crutch to the lightheartedness weed can give you.
Eventually those got a little too much and i’m taking a break from them too.
Waking up sober, feeling good, no cravings, looking forward to what’s next.
how are your gums? all the best, have a great day
