Drs letter

I dont know if this is for this group I have had a bus pass for over 7 yrs under holdif a blue badge but this renewal was told that doesn't automatically give me one and to get my dr to fill out a form saying I cant drive. Got a letter from buss pass people saying because the dr contradicts himself they do not have clear conformation we cannot approve it. Is there anything I can do?
