Amazon prime deliveries

I’ve noticed that Amazon Prime deliveries have not been delivering same day or next day. They only offer next day, then when you put order through it say two days instead of next day and then it take three or four days to get to you, I don’t see the point of having Amazon Prime anymore. I’m seriously considering cancelling my membership.
