Messi/Ronaldo Fans Don't See a World Where They Can Be Criticized Outside That Fanbase

I'm not going to be longwinded, but I've never been a fan of Messi or Ronaldo. I grew up as a France/PSG supporter. Like all footballers, all deserve criticism cause humans aren't infallible, no matter how much you admire their craft. Moving forward, please, for the love of God, If you're first response to a Messi/Ronaldo criticism is "You must be a Messi/Ronaldo fan" then please just shut up. Even if you disagree, there's no way either side believes every critique made on their favorite player 100% comes from their rival base.
