How would it work happen if a fusion between 2 female Saiyans gets pregnant while still being fused?

A friend of mine asked the questions how would pregnancy work for a fusion.

Imagine if someone like Kefla were to get pregnant:

Would it share DNA between the 2 fused females and the male that got her pregnant?

What would happen if they unfused while carrying?

Would it be equivalent to the splitting of an atom?

Would the child be born as a fusion or as 2 separate beings??

Very interesting question with probably a lot of theories on how it work
