If the west somehow get second place, are they going to change the seeding for Worlds?

In a World where G2 or Lyon beat who ever loses in HLE vs BLG, will they make it so Worlds seedings suddenly become different this year?

It would be funny if say C9 or Vitality somehow skirt into Worlds after their rep carried them to a Worlds slot
