InBody scans after four months of gym, how's it looking for me?

Hi,

I have been going to the gym for the last four months. I'll admit I couldn't do very well on cutting down my calories at times, but I stayed consistent with my workouts.

I got my InBody scan done today, and here are the changes from when I started (summarized the stats since we can't post photos here):

MetricBeforeAfterChange
Weight97.5 kg92.7 kg- 4.8 kg
Skeletal Muscle Mass28.1 kg31.9 kg+ 3.8 kg
Body Fat Mass47.1 kg36.0 kg- 11.1 kg
Body Fat Percentage48.3%38.8%- 9.5%
BMI33.731.0- 2.7
Visceral Fat LevelLevel 20Level 18- 2 Levels
Basal Metabolic Rate1459 kcal1595 kcal+ 136 kcal
InBody Score39 / 10055 / 100+ 16 Points

Is this good progress for a 4-month timeframe? Given these numbers, what should I focus on from now on to keep improving? Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks!
