My thumbstick has randomly stopped working

I was playing schedule 1 when I got a call I put the steamdeck on my chest and when I picked it up again the right thumbstick wasn’t working in game or on the steamdeck side of thing. Oddly enough it does read it as working when I test the device inputs and when I go to the pc side of things. Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice?
