How do people manage multiple projects with Hermes?

I’ve been using Hermes for the last few months for mostly knowledge work – research, email calendar management, knowledge base construction, light coding. It’s really an incredible platform. However a big challenge I’m finding is how to keep track of and manage the many different projects it’s capable of helping with. Most of these are not coding projects so a typical GitHub repo isn’t the best fit. And they often involve documents or PDFs not just markdown, but the wiki vault converts everything into markdown.

I’ve tried kanban and seen recent hints a “project” board but does anyone have good suggestions about workflows here?
