Blood Donation

Would I be okay if I went to donate blood?

My best friend asked me to her in donating blood. I cut maybe a few days ago on my left arm and it is in the process of healing (has hardened scabs). Ive heard that I shouldn't donate if they are still healing (none show signs of infection)

But my right arm is completely healed. Scars are a bit worse but they are all healed.
