Factions with focus on SEMs/Shock Cavalry

Hi, I've been playing only Bretonnia since TWW2, but was wondering whether there might be more factions that I might like that I could spice up the multiplayer campaigns with.

I prefer armies focused on SEMs, especially fast ones, that can plow through the enemy lines quickly, but also easily disengage when they feel like it. Interesting active abilities are a nice addition. I also love Shock Cavalry, also with good speed, with Perfect Vigor being an awesome bonus. I'm not a big fan of infantry. (no wonder what faction I ended up playing)

Are there any other factions/specific LLs that support this kind of playstyle?
