PC Version of HCR1 keeps crashing

On a windows 11 pc the game keeps crashing, nothing to do with my hardware. I'm on an rtx 2080 ti and ryzen 5 5600x so theres clearly no performance related issues here. It crashes no matter what I do, upgrading my car, driving in the game or just being idle. It crashes every time like clockwork. Maybe 2-4 minutes in then it crashes. Never played it without crashing constantly, is there any reason to this or any fix I can do? I already went on installed apps and pressed repair. No faulty game files
