Gap Year Advice (Final Year Student)

Hi! I'm a Year 4 student in one of the Unis, and am on a break to recuperate from my mental health condition~ it is likely that I'll need time to recover for the rest of this year, before committing to a full-time internship that has management elements and in a corporate environment next year.

I haven't seen many posts about taking a gap year while in Uni, would like to seek advice about how I can spend my time meaningfully. Thinking of going to bookstores, working on word search puzzles and listening to music.. would welcome ways to appreciate scenic bus rides, upskill without enrolling in a structured course etc.

Trying to appreciate this newfound freedom that I have and not blame myself for my circumstances.
