Context:

· I already have a PC in my bedroom, with a 9070 XT, a Ryzen 7 9700X, and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. I was lucky I bought it in July during Prime Day for 1.5k.
· It is a solid build, but I really wanted a second PC to put Steam OS on and play games with my little sister in the living room. But having to carry the PC each time, plug it in, select the game, connect the controller... it’s a hassle.
· So I have been looking for a PC.

Problem:
I found one that sounds too good to be true: 32GB of DDR4 RAM, an RTX 3060 12GB, and a Ryzen 7 3700X. The NVMe drive is not specified, and it has a 1TB HDD.

Green flags:

· He sent a video with the date and time, and clearly showed the PC turned on.
· The seller's profile seems legit, with lots of videos, and it’s from 2011.
· I put the photo into Google Lens, and it shows another listing, but it’s from the same small town where my seller is selling the PC.

Red flags:

· His latest video is from the beginning of 2025.
· He didn’t make the video himself; his son, who had just woken up at 4 p.m., sent it.
· When I asked him at which address I should come to get the PC, he said he changed houses two days ago and will tell me the address tomorrow.
· The listing has a photo of the PC, but the components can’t be seen because of the dark glass (he said he would send me a video tomorrow without it).
· The price is low for a PC like this in this economy. The only equivalent I found is a build with 16GB DDR4, a 500GB NVMe, a GTX 1080, and an i7-8086K.

I have a gut feeling that it’s telling me it’s a scam, but it could be a great deal, and I might miss out. I don't know what to do.

I am about to buy a pc on Facebook marketplace but i think it is a scam
