Therapy
Hi all!
I just wanted to say don't be shy doing therapy! I started therapy 12 months ago and I never knew how much I needed it. My therapist just told me today that it's amazing how much I have achieved by myself in the past 12 months. I was thinking to stop it a few times. After 3 months I thought nothing really happens I am just talking and the therapist is just there not really doing anything. I am quite good at talking to 'myself' why should I pay for it?. Then I have seen some results in 4-5 months and my initial question I started has been resolved so planned to stop after 7 months. But the real progress rally just stared then and I am so happy and looking forward for getting more and more myself. And what if I need a therapist for that? It's worth it! I am not afraid being a person doing therapy!
Why I am sharing here? Because I think as bi people we might be more vulnerable for questioning ourselves and living our life freely.
