Lack of rickshaw

Why were there almost no rickshaw today and the small rickshaws were charging about a 100 rupees per person ik they are private rickshaws but what happened to those big ass rickshaws which costs 30₹ do any of you know? If there's a strike or something like that, could you please also tell me when the strike might end if there's actually any
