I'm 22M and lost my way in life

At this age I lost so much money in betting and I'm in debts, need to pay cc bills and loan from frnds. I can't talk with my family, frnds or any close ones bcuz I'm ashamed of myself. I just wanted to say that don't ever do betting as it ruins ur life.
