Overt religiosity in job seekers

I always feel conflicted when candidates are overtly religious during the job interview process. It sometimes comes across as manipulative on the candidate’s part, almost as if trying to guilt me into hiring them. I also tend to question the critical thinking skills of anyone who believes in literal miracles, supernatural beings, etc in this day and age.

Anyone else feel this way?
