For those running raid xe: firing from device or remote

First time raid xe user. Ergonomics so far on a sbr are ok firing from the unit but have me considering a remote (and having a remote take the wear vs. the raid). I’m weighing potential for reliability issues. For those running remotes, any feedback if the Ergocto is worth considering vs. a 3rd party crane remote (eg unity axon sync)?
