Need a little help deciding what character to have brought to life next. (Check body for description of each)

I have a lot of stuff I want to commission and bring to life, but I have namely four that I want drawn still. I can’t decide, so I’d like some help from you all : )

Queen Eira Is Kelvin’s mother, She’s white/blue locks of hair, wears a royal blue dress for her formal attire, and is the kindest Ice elemental any kingdom has met. She was welcome by all and was treated as a close friend, and yet it is believed that when she fell ill, someone had poisoned her using the remains of a decayed flower. Over time, the flower drained her of her magic until one night she disappeared the flower had taken root in her body and had possessed her, taking her away to lead the decayed species to destroying others

I’ve spoken of Boris a decent amount times just without his name, he’s the antagonist/villain of the story, the Ice king who is trying to plunge the world into an eternal winter. He’s stoic, near heartless, selfish, and merciless, people find it hard to believe that the man found love in his heart at all. He cared at one point, but the loss Eira drove whatever remained of his heart into a hibernation no one can awaken.

Lorcan is the 4th in Nova, Kelvin, and Fuji’s group. He’s a Lightning elemental with electric blue hair and yellow skin. Lorcan preferred taking things a little slower and with open mind, which set him apart from the rest of his kind as the lightning kingdom was all about speed and proficiency, they worked constantly from day to night until they went bed. Lorcan liked doodle/ draw, helped him feel more grounded and centered while his home was a constant buzz of action, helped him focus despite his apparent disability of ADHD.

Tuscan is one that kicked me in my head inside my dreams last night. They’re a cowboy/girl that lives south of the Vytal islands in the desert. I believe they are the first case of a hybrid elemental, being a Wind/Fire elemental. Tuscan is the unofficial leader of the wastelanders, bringing in hybrids and other elementals that left their kingdoms for a different style of life.

Tuscan holds himself to a code of honor, he’ll hold true on any deals/favors, you’ll have their assistance so long as you don’t try to dig a knife in his back. Otherwise, Tuscan is loyal to his friends, he’s fairly laid back and quite flirty with others, he’s a deadeye with his revolver, and loves himself some good ol horse racing.
