Vns malfunction

Has anyone got a vns from last year in 2025 during the sentiva Livanova recall?(Serial number for vns has to be under 500,000)Because I got another defective one the last one was from 2023 to 2025 and for both vns they don't record magnet swipes or don't respond to it along with don't record data
