Mouse pointer inverting when flicking issue

So I’ve always managed to solve problems myself with the assistance of ChatGPT but this one seems to not be fixable like that.1:it’s not a mousepad or mouse issue I’ve tried multiple of both. Its not only on a specific game it always can happen anywhere. Its not in my head I’ve tried lowering my pointer speed to the lowest and I can see the problem very precisely there.Ive tried finding a setting that I might’ve turned on to make this happen but I can’t.To try and explain it:Say my pointer is at the middle of my screen,if I flick it very fast towards the left it will flick for like a second till it just will go to the opposite side exactly or will just jitter and freeze in a sense.I feel like I’m missing something. If my explaining was bad I can try and manage to record a video displaying the issue accurately.
